Dallas District

Kirkwood resides in the Dallas District of the Dallas/Fort Worth Annual Conference of the Eighth Episcopal District of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.  The Presiding Elder for the Dallas District is Dr. Willie C. Champion, who also holds the office of General Secretary of Evangelism and Missions for the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.
